I was hoping for more of a 'here's YOUR personal strengths and they work together like this.' Yes, I know that there are 30 some million combinations, so I wouldn't expect a personalized report, per se, but more of a guideline as to what certain strengths look like when paired together. So, you find out what your strengths are, those strengths are explained, but then, right when you are ready for the 'what now' the book tells you to play to your strengths by avoiding your weaknesses. The entire book focuses on NOT worrying about your weaknesses, but instead focusing on your strengths.

Here's my problem with the book: let's say you are already Introspective and you know what your strengths are–maybe the book just gave you a different word to use or perhaps you found your fifth strength.
